Following are the terms and conditions for the supply of goods through Found Studio Paris website www.foundstudioparis.ca
Pricing
Pricing is in Canadian dollars. For customers purchasing outside of Canada the final price will be calculated by your card issuer in accordance with the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing your transaction.
Order Acceptance & Confirmation
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping cart may be purchased by other customers.
Upon order payment you will receive an email to the email address provided by you on your order form. This email is a confirmation that we have received your order.
Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Found Studio Paris will be completed when the goods have been shipped.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, if the item ordered is out of stock or if there is an error in pricing or content. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses arising from not accepting your order and we shall have no liability to you by way of compensation other than to refund the amount paid for the goods in question.
Returns
You may request to return your purchase within seven days of receipt. To request a return you must notify us by email at foundstudioparis@gmail.com.
Return requests after the period stated above will be at the discretion of Found Studio Paris. Items that are custom made or to special order are non returnable and non refundable.
All goods must be returned in their original condition. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. We strongly suggest that you use a secure delivery service that requires a signature for proof of receipt.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If you receive an incorrect order we will refund your payment in full including your return shipping. Please contact us and we will instruct how to return the goods.
Payment
By purchasing on this site you confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. Payment can be made by methods listed on this site. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal, which is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Delivery
You will receive a shipping notice when your order has been processed for pick up or delivery. We will deliver the goods to the delivery address provided by you on the order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and accurate.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Any import duties or taxes charged by and in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Found Studio Paris is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
